Let SDC's Installation Team Do the Work for You!
Our team of SDC Certified Installation Technicians can install and configure SDC software products, as well as provide onsite or remote support to your merchants.
Our installation team offers the following services:
- Remote Installation and Support.
- Our technical staff will install, configure and activate your merchant's SDC software, to ensure a successful installation.
- Remote Activation.
- Your team installs all of the SDC software.
- Our team is responsible for connecting to the merchant’s site, activating SDC’s software, and ensuring that everything is functioning properly.
- Onsite Installation, Training and Support.
For the merchant who requires an on-site visit, a member of our installation team can be at your location to install, configure and activate your SDC software at a time that is convenient for you (i.e. during your low transaction volume time).
Once installed, SDC provides on-site support through your first credit card settlement and trains your staff about SDC’s software functionality and usage.
