SDC's Merchant Services department provides value-added assistance to clients in the collection, validation, and processing of required merchant data.

In the rapidly changing payments industry, Merchant Services provides a single point of contact for its clients. The department assists merchants with complex, and often time-consuming tasks of gathering merchant information from various financial entities.

Standard Merchant File Delivery

The SDC Merchant Services department builds the requested merchant file according to the third-party processor’s specifications and validates the merchant information. Prior to its distribution, each file is tested for the requested credit cards and method of connectivity for accuracy.

Merchant Validation Program and Site Activation

These services minimize client involvement in the researching and gathering of essential credit card and merchant information. Merchant Services’ personnel work with third party processor(s) and/or the merchant bank(s) on behalf of the client.  Our company obtains and validates the required merchant data for successful communication.
