Sales Engineering

A Sales Engineer may be assigned to work with an SDC Account Manager to gather the appropriate business and technical information on a particular client’s environment. The objective of this assessment is to provide a written business and technology recommendation considering all the available information.

Project Management

SDC will assign a Project Manager to client implementations to act as a single point of contact and to gather all of the appropriate internal and external resources and guide the project from “cradle to the grave”. They are responsible for making the implementation as smooth as possible.

Integration Analysis

SDC Integration Analysts are assigned to assist system developers with the seamless integration our products into the client's. Their goal is to ensure that the integrator has met the guidelines SDC has established to ensure that a “ProtoBase Certified” application, provides the flexibility and functionality to handle the payment processing needs required for their respective industry.
